Big Zuu, a 24 year old grime MC, has gone from sharing the stage with artists including Novelist and AJ Tracey, to fronting his own TV series.

Big Zuu’s Big Eats, a cooking show where the rapper travels the UK in a food truck and is joined by Britain’s top comedians including Jimmy Carr and Josh Widdicombe, is aired on Dave. The self-taught chef and former Nando’s employee said he’d ‘always been the fat kid growing up who loved music and food’ and after he built a social media following, he posted videos of himself cooking. ‘It just became a thing I was known for. I then did some cooking segments for radio shows and blogs in the grime world and it became my thing’.
